Michael Earle Young

Michael Earle Young was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished brother, and trusted friend. Born on August 6, 1954 and passed on November 12, 2025, Michael leaves behind a deep and lasting void in the lives of those who knew and loved him, along with a legacy defined by integrity, intellect and quiet strength. Michael proudly served six years in the United States Navy. His service reflected a strong sense of duty, discipline and commitment-values he carried throughout his life. By profession, Michael was a successful software and mechanical engineer. He had a deep affinity for computers and technology. He carried out his engineering profession with precision, and a thoughtful problem-solving mindset. His expertise, dedication and steady leadership earned him the respect of colleagues and peers over the course of his career. Outside of his professional pursuits, Michael had a strong interest in World War history, valuing and understanding of the events and individuals that shaped pivotal moments in the world. He Also enjoyed firearms as a discipline and technical hobby. Above all, Michael was a family man. He offered constant support, guidance and love to those closest to him.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Kairon; his son, Nathan; and his daughters Mussett and Josette; grandchildren Jenna, Ashlynn, Amara, Liam, Bryssa, Lillianna, Ivy, Camille and Rose. His calm presence, engaging conversations and care for others will be deeply missed and remembered. Michael Earle Young’s legacy lives on through his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
